You request and fill out an “Inspection only” form from the vault services that states that the packaged being opened, and its contents, are under full 24 hour supervision.v  There are guards and videos filming the inspection, which you are entitled to. The vault services company under law is required to be liability for this package, so they are going to be extra cautious. This is where we evaluate the diamond for accuracy and quality. This is also when we are able to determine the value of the stone and give you a fair and quick offer.v  When we are finished evaluating the diamond, the vault services company has to place the package back in the vault. Then they aren’t allowed to release the package unless you sign a release form. If you are happy with the cash offer, we then wire you the funds for the stone, or send a certified check.v  Then you release the stone from vault services, and everyone is happy, safe, and secure.Option #3: Consign your GIA Certified Diamond to United Diamond Buyers

Because we have a reputable name with our company we can place your diamond on our worldwide platform of retail store, dealers, and wholesale diamond companies. v  After we receive your package via priority shipping we will notify you and store the stone in our secure vault. Our office building is under 24 hour surveillance, and we have added an in-office security including cameras and a certified alarm system. We also are a fully insured business through Jeweler’s Mutual.
v  Next, one our certified sales representatives will place your stone on the market with a higher asking price than a normal cash offer.
